Due to the ongoing global outbreak of Coronavirus (COVID-19), we have been alerted of shipping service delays impacting many postal services across the world. We're advised that this is due to their high level of demand and the reduced number of postal workers right now.
The good news is we are still open for business and we have made some changes to how we operate to focus on the safety of our employees and all of our customers. We have placed additional steps for the cleanliness of our facility and hygiene practices including social distancing protocols for our staff. This means that we can continue to dispatch orders as normal, however please kindly allow an extra 4-6 weeks on standard shipping times to compensate for postal delays and to allow for your parcel to arrive.
Due to COVID-19, we have noticed that USPS, Canada Post, Royal Mail, An Post, La Poste and other national postal services experiencing delays in scanning and processing parcels, up to 4 weeks in some instances. Please note that delays might occur with your order so we recommend to wait patiently for tracking to update once you have received your tracking email. Once the parcel arrives in your country you may contact your local postal service or delivery person for updates in regards to regular mailing services.
