We're almost certain that you will love your new purchase from Dope Neons, however if for any reason you are not 100% satisfied we are proud to offer a 28 day, no quibble, return and refund policy*


If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange for another item, be it similar or not. You can return a product for up to 28 calendar days from the date you received it. *Excluding personalised and custom items.

Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.

Once we receive your return, we will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. 

Damaged or Defective Items

It is the customers responsibility to notify Dope Neons of damaged or defective items within 28 days of delivery. Claims made after this date will not be eligible for a refund.

If your item has arrived damaged, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your goods with your order number and a photograph of your damaged item so that an investigation can be raised with the courier. 

If your item arrives defective or becomes defective within the 28 period please reach out to us with a short video clip of the issue for our claims team to review. Once the evidence has been verified we will refund or replace as appropriate.

Personalised and Custom Orders

Personalised and custom-made items, including image, design and name personalisations that you have requested Dope Neons to produce for you are non refundable. If there is a misspelling or error in the design that differs from your original request we will refund or replace as required.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-­refundable. If the item is damaged or defective and reported within 28 days of receiving the goods we will ship out a replacement product free of charge.

Returned to Sender Parcels (RTS)

Parcels that are returned due to either an incorrect address being supplied or a person at the delivery address rejecting the parcel will result in a re-delivery fee.
