We strive to ensure that your transaction with Dope Neons is as effortless as possible, however we are realistic in acknowledging that problems may occasionally occur.
Before contacting our support staff, please check our FAQ to see if your question has already been asked. Our support staff will endeavour to reply to all queries within 24 hours but you may find your question answered below:
Where is my order?
Tracking will be available 3-7 days after placing your order. If 7 days have passed and you have not received a tracking number please contact us.
If your order contains more than one item, on certain occasions they may be sent to you in multiple parcels. Please don't worry if they arrive separately, this is to ensure your items are on their way to you as soon as they are picked and packed by our team. Multiple packages will still arrive within the shipping time frame:
Please contact us immediately If you would like to amend your order. Unfortunately we will not be able to cancel your order once it has been processed and sent for shipment.
Your refund for a cancelled order will take 2-9 working days depending on your payment method. PayPal is instant whereas credit card/debit card buyers may have to wait a little longer. You can contact us at the bottom of this page and view our refund & return policy on the button below:
Refunds & Returns
Unfortunately not all postal services treat our parcels as carefully as we would like. If your item has arrived damaged, we would first like to apologise and ask you to contact us on the button at the bottom of this page and include your order number and a photograph of your damaged item.
All of our products are brand new. Due to screen and monitor differences actual colours may vary slightly from what appears online.
